How do I view my accumulated points?
To view your current point balance, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage screen. Log into your account, then scroll down to "My Reward Points" and click on "View Your Statement". Your points history will pop up in a separate window. [You may need to reset the Preferences section of your computer's browser to permit pop-up windows].
Do I have to become a Registered User to take advantage of the A-Team Reward Program?
Yes. We know many people have concerns about sharing information with online companies and understand your desire to keep personal information just that — personal. However, our system can only track, assign and apply points for users who are registered and thereby 'known' to our computer. Rest assured, however, that we do not sell, rent or distribute customer information with any third party.
My product review wasn't approved. Why not?
We love reading customer reviews and would like to publish all of them on our web site. However, there are a few reasons our editors chose not to publish certain customer reviews. The most common reason is that a review may not be descriptive enough for publication. For example, we often receive products reviews that simply read, "Great products!" While we greatly appreciate the feedback, published reviews should be descriptive enough to assist other customers in their decision-making process. To increase the likelihood that your review is published (and that you earn points), please include details about what you liked or didn't like about the product.
I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my account?
Yes. The points earned on the purchase of the item are deducted from your account points balance if a product is returned.
Are points applicable on orders on other websites?
No. The A-Team Reward Program's points are only awarded for purchases at www.awakeningskincare.com.
Are my A-Team Reward Points refundable?
Once used, spent or applied to an order, your points cannot be 'refunded' back to a user's account for any reason.
How do I redeem points I've earned?
Redeeming points is easy. Just shop as you normally would. During the checkout process, you'll see an option to apply your earned credit amount via points to the current order. Check the box, and the discount will be deducted from your order.
May I use my points right away?
Depending on the reason for earned points, there are different time-frames of when they are awarded. Please refer to the chart and description of the reason for each individual time-frame for active points.
I applied points to my order during checkout, but changed my mind. I want to save the points instead. What should I do?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the software that tracks and assigns points, we are unable to modify, update or change point values for orders that already have been submitted to our system. We are not able to "give back" points if an order was submitted with a point discount and you no longer want the discount.
Can I receive points for orders that I've placed in the past?
You can receive points for purchases made up to two weeks prior to joining the A-Team Reward Program. Simply send an email to email@example.com and we'll take care of the rest. Please be patient. Credits may take up to five business days to appear on your online statement.
This sounds great, but what's the "fine print"?
Points may only be earned or applied for orders originating from the awakeningskincare.com web site. Customers must choose to apply point discounts to orders during the checkout process. We are unable to apply point discounts to orders after they are submitted to Awakening for processing and shipment. Points may not be earned for orders placed more than two weeks prior to joining the program. This program is void where prohibited by law. Awakening Skin Care and Olim Industries of Israel, North America, Ltd. reserve the right to modify or cancel this program at any time and without cause or notice. Points are not redeemable for cash.
If my order of $80 or more that qualifies for 'free shipping' uses points that subsequently drops the price below the $80 level, will I forfeit my "free shipping"?
The qualifier order amount for free shipping is net of discounts, taxes and shipping. Credits applied from a gift certificate or earned Reward points are considered part of your qualifying amount for free shipping. The A-Team Reward points are gifts for being a loyal Awakening customer, and certainly not to penalize you for using your credits to reduce your due amount. If the due amount of your purchase net of discounts, taxes and shipping qualifies you for free shipping, that free shipping will be honored if you use your A-Team points.
